Had a lovely Christmas stay at this hotel. the bed was so comfortable the pillows were like sleeping on clouds. the location was perfect for exploring the city, with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. enjoyed the large windows that let in natural light and gave the room an airy feeling.

The bathtub wall was too high to comfortably climb into. We also noticed some dust in the corners of the room.

The hotel was fantastic value for money and in a great central location. It was really quiet, which was perfect for a weekend getaway. The staff were really friendly and extremely helpful -- they even helped us with our luggage before check-in and arranged transport for us. The room was well-equipped, with a big TV and comfortable beds.

The breakfast was pretty basic and not very varied, but it was still fine. The bathroom was really small -- maybe it's just a Japanese thing, but it was hard to get around in there.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, giving us great advice on transportation options and even walking us to a nearby attraction. The facilities were well-maintained and the room was spacious and comfortable. We also appreciated the central location with plenty of affordable food options and easy access to public transportation.

The hotel is located in a central area with easy access to transportation and tourist sites. Guests can enjoy a clean and comfortable room with excellent service from English-speaking staff. the front desk staff is organised and accommodating, while the hotel facilities are well-maintained and quiet.

The hotel only accepts cash payments for luggage forwarding, causing inconvenience for some guests.

Our recent stay at the Willows Hotel was fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when we needed assistance with arranging transportation to the airport. The facilities were well-maintained and the location was perfect, with easy access to central Shin-Imamiya and walking distance to the train station. The room size was generous, the beds were comfortable, and the en-suite bathroom was great. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Osaka.
